From the initial appointment to the last day, the staff arrived right on time and were informative, professional and pleasant. Cheryl, the project coordinator, was helpful and returned all of my calls promptly. The cleanup each day was impeccable. They came highly recommended, and although a bit on the pricey side, I never once felt as if I had made a mistake. The quality and professionalism is beyond compare. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality product and quality craftmanship. I intend to call on them for any and all home repair needs that they are able to provide.

We had 23 windows replaced, including a picture window. They were all replaced in one day. We are very pleased with the employees of Fitzpatrick. Quality of the job-Excellent; Clean-up at the end of the job-Excellent; Cooperation of personnel-Excellent; Quality of workmanship-Excellent; Quality of Materials used-Excellent. They even did a quick wash on the inside of the window, I wasn't expecting this. Everyone was courteous and acted in a professional manner. We do not have any complaints at all with the company or their employees and would recommend them to anyone.
