Customer service has steadily decreased since previous manager (John) left. False advertising as they are NOT "faster, fresher and friendlier" anymore. They are rude, slow and indifferent. 7 days AFTER expiration? Try putting an expiration instead of a "sell by" stamp - we are not fooled. Perhaps customers with disabilities like mine (deafness) can be treated with respect instead of stared at and having change literally thrown at them and workers using cell phones. John never let this happen!
