    Absolutely horrendous. Used to use the Westbrook Park location due to the nicest manager but he was diagnosed with terminal cancer and faded away without any word. Company does not care about customer service at all and quality has steadily gone downhill. John took care of his customers while other Swiss locations are rude, crude, unprofessional and ignorant to those with disabilities. They lost me at Westbrook Park, Springfield and now forever!!!!

    Poor service - incorrect change - too long of a wait for amount of customers. Problem with honoring coupon due to "computer problems". When asked if I could get a later date on specialty milk product I was informed of the "NEW" guarantee of freshness beyond the expiration date. Making such a claim is a real kick as the product says "SELL BY" nad not "USE BY" so the product really isn't lasting 7 days after an epriation date!!!! Besides milk that has chemicals such as acidophilus or lactaid c
