    Swiss Farms has steadily gone downhill. They seem to have new managers every month, poor customer service and do not return emails, calls or letters to discuss issues, problems and abuse from employees to those with special needs. I deserve and expect better service. I used to get it with the manager mentioned in another review but now all I get is rhetoric, excuses and poor treatment. Solution is simple -- Swiss Farms will NOT get my money for anything else any more!

    Began going to Springfield again after Manager at Clifton store relocated (unsure of this since no word official and he was ill). Certainly not Faster as I waited in line over 10 minutes with just ONE car in front. Certainly not friendlier as the service was rude and unacceptable. Fresher is debatable since they use "sell by" and not "use by" dates on products. Spite me once shame on you but spite me two and three times shame on me. Overall - shame on Swiss Farms for lack of caring!
