I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the great job your company did fixing my basement problems. I had originally called you to repair a crack in my foundation wall that was leaking water when it rained. When you came to the house to inspect the crack I also asked you about a bad odor we had in the basement. I was under the impression that it was due to a broken pipe we had a problem with three years ago. When the pipe broke the insurance company had three different companies come and try to correct the problem with no luck. Immediately you were able to identify the problem. You discussed all my options in an easy to understand and no pressure manner. The crew that came to do the repair was not only highly skilled but they were also very courteous. Since I have no outside entrance to my basement I was concerned about the mess that was going to be tracked through my house. After all, you were bringing in rock, cement and heavy equipment to make the needed repairs. Your crew took great care to cover all the floors where they were walking. They also passed all the heavy stuff through a small window in the basement. When they were finished I could not find any trace of their presence in the house. Since the repair we have had a serious heat wave with high humidity. Normally with this type of weather, I would have to stuff a towel under the basement door to keep the smell from coming upstairs. Thanks to your expert skills, the repairs you made, and the humidex machine, there was no smell in my basement. I was so concerned that this problem would keep me from being able to finish my basement or worse yet, hurting my property value. Now I have no worries. Thank you for a job well done.
